Ask first, and be specific
“Can I make an AI video of you?” is not enough. Say what it is: an explicit AI video made from a photo of them, kept private. Show them the motion catalog so they know what kind of scene you mean. A clear yes to the actual thing is what counts.
Making an explicit AI version of someone who has not agreed is never okay, and Gedighant does not allow it. Every account confirms that everyone pictured is an adult who agreed before anything is created. Is AI porn legal? covers where the law stands.
Choose the photo together
Let your partner pick the photo, or at least approve it. A sharp, well-lit, front-facing photo of one person gives the best result. The photo guide covers what works. You can compare up to three photos on your device, and only the one you choose is uploaded.
Only use a photo you took, they gave you, or you are otherwise allowed to use. Never use photos of anyone under 18, of anyone who has not agreed, or of a celebrity or public figure.
Look at the free image together
Your first personalized image is free, so you can both see how the photo comes out before deciding on a video. If either of you does not like it, stop there; nothing has been paid.
Keep it private
Every result sits behind a private link, with no gallery or feed. Free images and their source photos are deleted after 12 hours, and paid videos after 30 days. If you download a video, treat the file the way you would any intimate photo: do not share it without your partner’s say-so.
Either of you can delete it
Every result page has a removal button. If your partner changes their mind, delete it. If a result was ever made without someone’s consent, anyone can report it through the public takedown form, no account needed.
