Adults and depicted-person consent

You must be at least 18. Every real person depicted in an image you submit must be at least 18 and must have consented to creation of the sexually explicit AI-generated result you request. You must also have the rights and authorization necessary to use the source image. These attestations are material conditions of using Gedighant; false attestations are prohibited.

Private personal use

Results are provided for private personal use by default. Creating or delivering a result does not give you permission or rights to publish, post, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, harass, impersonate, blackmail, or otherwise misuse a depicted person's likeness. You are responsible for having any additional rights and consent required for anything you do with a result after delivery.

Prohibited material and conduct

Do not use Gedighant for a person under 18 or represented as under 18, nonconsensual intimate imagery, material you are not authorized to use, fraud, harassment, coercion, blackmail, or unlawful impersonation.

Free image and paid results

A verified private account may claim one personalized free image under the offer shown in the product. No card or wallet is required for that free image. After that entitlement has been used, Gedighant may show a one-time returning creator image at the price shown at checkout. If you later choose a paid video, you are buying the selected personalized result shown at checkout. Generation uses third-party infrastructure and can fail or require manual review. A technical failure or retry does not authorize a duplicate provider generation outside Gedighant's safeguards.

Private account and result access

Your account is verified by email and your generated result uses a private order link. Keep account verification codes and private result links private because someone who obtains them may be able to access your account or retrieve a result while it remains available. The personalized free image expires after 12 hours, and a returning creator image expires after 12 hours.

Payments, refunds and support

Each payment is a one-time charge for the amount shown at checkout, currently settled in USDC on Base. If a paid creation fails or isn’t delivered, you get a full refund. Each creation uses paid processing as soon as it starts, so completed creations aren’t refundable, except for a technical defect reported within 7 days of completion. To report a problem, email gedighant@gmail.com with your private order link. A refund is returned through the payment method you used and does not authorize another generation.

Removal and takedown

You may request removal from your private order page. A person depicted in intimate material who states that they did not consent can also use the public takedown form without an account. Gedighant may block access while a removal request is processed.

Pilot changes

This is a limited pilot. Gedighant may pause new orders when capacity, safety, payment, provider, or operational gates require it. The terms version recorded with an order is the version accepted for that order.
